Legendary actor and film director Clint Eastwood, 93, appeared in public last month to support his friend, conservationist Jane Goodall, in her event ‘Reasons for Hope’.
“Went to see Jane Goodall speak in Carmel. At 90 years old, she is truly a saint. Shared lessons from living with apes and her passion for protecting the planet. Talking with Jane here is a very disheveled Clint Eastwood” wrote Fred Greenstein on a linkedin post. 
“Eastwood, whose bushy white beard and hair were in full display, was accompanied by an assistant, but was sprightly enough to get up on stage on his own” The Daily Mail reported.
Eastwood is no stranger to the world of apes, in 1978 he filmed ‘Every Which Way but Loose’ with his fellow orangutan Clyde. Next month the film legend will turn 94 years old and despite his advanced age, he remains active on set and is currently directing and producing the next film, Juror No. 2, starring Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette.
