The release of Deadpool 3 is getting closer, and as if fan hype wasn’t already through the roof, Marvel decided to drop the final trailer for the film, granting our wish to see Hugh Jackman return as Wolverine. The long wait was worth it, and we’ve finally witnessed Jackman’s return to the big screen as the iconic X-Men. All we can say is that everything seems to point to the third installment of the antihero saga leaving us with a big smile on our faces.
In the new trailer, we can see Wade Wilson seeking out Logan to ask him for help in fighting a common enemy, though it won’t be easy, as Wolverine won’t be quick to agree to the deal. One detail worth mentioning is that “Deadpool & Wolverine” is set just before Logan’s death. Throughout the year, rumors circulated that Taylor Swift might appear in the film as a female variant of Deadpool, but it seems we’ll have to wait for the movie’s release to find out if that’s true. The trailer provides no clues confirming the singer’s participation.
