Gal Gadot will be our next favorite Disney villain. The Israeli actress will play Evil Queen in the upcoming Snow White live-action movie, Deadline magazine confirmed.
Gadot will join Rachel Zegler who is set to play Snow White in this new version directed by Marc Webber.
Production of this new Disney film is expected to start in 2022 with no clear release date.
According to Deadline, studio executives have always considered Gal Gadot for the role.
She will join others such as Angelina Jolie and Cate Blanchett as one of the most iconic Disney villains.
Gal Gadot is currently developing Cleopatra, where she will play the famous Queen of the Nile.
