Britney Spears is and will forever remain the ‘Princess of Pop’, although she has been away from the music scene for several years. However, with the release of her more personal memoirs, much has begun to talk about a possible return to music, something that undoubtedly more than one of us would love.
For that reason, Britney took it upon herself to talk about it and make clear what her priorities are at this moment, in which it seems she is freeing herself from many things that she has been carrying for decades. One of them was the surprising revelation that she had an abortion when she and Justin Timberlake were a couple, a fact that has not finished impressing us, but that also served to see Britney’s artistic career from another perspective.
And no wonder, since the interpreter of “Baby One More Time,” has had a very complicated life, which has kept her away from the stage, largely to take care of her mental health.

Britney Spears Returns to Music?
With the release of her autobiographical book The Woman in Me, Britney Spears has addressed various aspects of her life that until today were unknown to most people. Although she talks about the difficult situations she has gone through throughout her career, she also takes the time to talk a little about her future plans especially if at some point she is considering a triumphant return to the music scene.
However, contrary to what we would have liked, the singer made it clear that, for the moment, returning to music is not something that is in her short-term plans. “Moving forward in my music career is not my goal right now. It’s time for me not to be someone other people want; it’s time for me to find myself,” she wrote in her book.
Although this answer leaves us somewhat sad, the reality is that it is also excellent news to know that our Britney is on the right path and, even though the easiest thing would be to go back to music, she is really looking for something that fulfills her completely and makes her happy. And this doesn’t mean that we can never see her on stage again, but for the moment her priority is to feel good about herself and heal.
