Is there anything Keanu Reeves doesn’t do well? He’s perfect and we all know it. Keanu is not only a great actor, but he’s also a talented musician and, in case you didn’t know, he had a band called Dogstar back in the ’90s. They even released a couple of studio albums: Our Little Visionary in 1996 and Happy Ending in 2000.
The actor played bass in Dogstar, but in 2002 they announced their separation due to lack of time in Reeves’ schedule, as his career as an actor was at its peak. But that seems to be over, as the musical trio was back after two decades of absence.

Keanu Reeves Back on Stage with Dogstar
The magic happened at the BottleRock festival in Napa, California, where we were fortunate to see Dogstar back on stage. The band performed about a dozen songs, as well as new songs that will apparently be included in their upcoming album.
Previously, Keanu Reeves had already spoken to Billboard about his return to music and assured that Dogstar is something that is part of his life and that he missed playing with his bandmates.
“I missed playing together, I missed writing together, I missed playing shows together. It’s something I’ve always missed. We got to a point where we weren’t playing anymore and I missed it,” expressed the John Wick star.
How blessed all those who witnessed live the return of Keanu Reeves as a musician!
