Just two days before the 30th anniversary of their iconic album Definitely Maybe, Oasis just confirmed they are reuniting and ready to embark on a tour that no one will want to miss.
It’s Not A Dream, Oasis Is Back!
After sending the world into a frenzy with a cryptic Instagram post, our wishes were granted. In the early hours of today, Oasis confirmed the first dates of what we hope will be a global tour. Through their social media channels, the group announced a total of 14 concerts in 2025, starting on July 4 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

“The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over.
Come see. It will not be televised.”
—Oasis statement

Additionally, a series of concert dates outside Europe were recently leaked, including North America.
Although this information has not been officially confirmed by the Gallagher brothers, the dates of the leaked concerts align with those already announced.
if this is indeed the oasis tour dates leaked, i’m glad toronto is the first stop on the north american leg.
i’m not betting on liam or noel to remain amicable towards the end of the tour, no matter how much money is at stake 😅 pic.twitter.com/MDEpIAkU9F

Another detail that supports the theory of a tour outside Europe is the mention on the band’s official website that the tour plans to reach other continents. So, start saving up, because the official announcement could drop soon, and when it does, things will get wild.
What Happened to Oasis?
To understand the excitement behind Oasis’ message, it’s essential to remember the turbulent relationship between Noel and Liam Gallagher.
The brothers, known as much for their talent as for their constant clashes, led Oasis to the pinnacle of success in the 90s, only to see it implode in 2009 after one of their many infamous arguments.
Behind the incredible music they created together, they maintained a rather toxic sibling relationship, which Noel once described as “like oil and water.”
This sentiment was mutual despite their differences. Several years after their split, Liam revealed, “It was like we were in a constant war, but the songs that came out of it were incredible.”

Oasis’s definitive collapse occurred at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris in 2009. What should have been just another concert ended in a monumental fight between the brothers. In a fit of rage, Liam threw a guitar at Noel, who then decided it was time to end the band.

“I just couldn’t keep working with him. It was like being caught in a vicious circle of chaos,” Noel said after the incident.
Since then, the two have gone their separate ways, but despite everything, fans never lost hope of seeing them together on stage once again.
Whatever the future holds for Oasis, one thing is certain: the band has left an indelible mark on music history. If this is the start of a new chapter, the world is more than ready for whatever comes next, and we can’t wait to witness their historic return live.
