Rauw Alejandro has put up for sale the house he bought in Spain as a wedding gift for singer Rosalía.
It is known that the Puerto Rican bought the property at the beginning of 2022 in Manresa, in the northeast of the European country, at the peak of his relationship with the spanish singer, with whom he finally ended in July 2023.
The house dates back to 1905 and occupies an estate of approximately 2,624 square meters. It is surrounded by thirty hectares of farmland. Reports that it is for sale came to light by the newspaper Regió7.
The house was bought by Rauw Alejandro for about two million euros. Then, the couple separated in July 2023 after three years of dating. According to the EFE agency, it is a beautiful building, with good views over the mountain of Montserrat and is private.
Designed by the Catalan architect Ignasi Oms i Ponsa, an essential figure of the Catalan modernist movement in Manresa at the beginning of the 20th century, the property has 3,815 m², distributed in a main house with eight complete bedrooms, a modern kitchen, two living rooms and a wine cellar, and another four complete dwellings, as well as a stable area. It is considered a Cultural Asset of Local Interest.
