Sean “Diddy” Combs faces a new lawsuit for abuse, amid serious legal problems he faces for trafficking and other related crimes that keep him in jail.

According to TMZ, in new documents filed this Friday, an alleged new victim claims to have been repeatedly assaulted for four years by the rapper, and even allegedly became pregnant, and suffered a miscarriage.

According to the woman’s attorney, Joseph L. Ciaccio, the alleged victim met Diddy overseas in the fall of 2020 and was invited to join the rapper on an all-expenses-paid trip. She also claims she met with the rapper between 2020 and 2021, at his homes in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami.

The woman claims that they also used adulterated alcoholic beverages to drug and abuse her. On one such occasion, in April 2022, the woman claimed to wake up with bruises on her body and a bite mark on her feet.

The complaint also claims that the rapper allegedly forced the plaintiff to take ketamine and other illegal substances, which caused her to faint.

After suffering the miscarriage, the woman tried to distance herself from the rapper, fearing for her safety and after seeing Sean beat and abuse other women. The rapper continued to contact her via text message until 2024, monitoring her conversations and tracking her location.

So far, almost a dozen people have filed similar complaints against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is being investigated for abusing, raping and trafficking women.

Some of these crimes occurred during some of his famous parties, which were usually attended by a considerable number of celebrities, who according to the press could testify against him.
