They say a dog is man’s best friend, but there’s one you’ll never want to have seen. It’s Smile Dog. This story which has terrified the Internet for several years, ensures that anyone who sees the creepypasta image will be condemned to a curse that will haunt them for the rest of their lives.

The Curse of Smile Dog

By all accounts, the picture of the devilish smiling Siberian Husky with a bloody hand is said to be responsible for several cases of epilepsy and deaths. In another possible scenario, the image under the name Smile.jpg would cause mental health problems for those who see it, as well as nightmares in which the dog asks them to “spread the word,” that is, to forward it so that there are more and more victims of the curse.

Creepypasta lovers claim that the Smile Dog curse can be broken. The victim must send this image to someone else via email or something similar. In this way, the curse will be passed on to whoever receives the image.

You will know it is the original photo because immediately after seeing it, the dog’s eyes will reflect the way you will pass. Some testimonies assure that if you receive the Smile.jpg, this character will appear to you, and from fear, you will have an episode of epilepsy.

Some assure that there is nothing true in this story because, behind it all, there is only a hacker trying to create immense terror among Internet users. In the meantime, if you happen to see a file with the name smile.jpg, you’d better not open it…
