On December 4, 2024, Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, was fatally shot outside the Hilton Hotel in Manhattan while attending an investor meeting. Finally the shooter was found and identified, but turns out he’s a total hottie… Who is Luigi Mangione?
Surveillance footage captured the suspect, who was wearing a hood and mask, fleeing the scene on a bicycle. After a few days, the investigation has finally led authorities to Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old former Ivy League student with degrees in engineering and computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mangione was arrested in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after a McDonald’s employee recognized him from surveillance footage and alerted the police.

“We should never underestimate the power of the public to be our eyes and ears,” said Jessica Tisch, New York City Police Commissioner
Additionally, police discovered a manifesto critical of the U.S. healthcare industry, which included statements like “These parasites had it coming” and “It had to be done”. The manifesto suggested that Mangione acted alone and funded the attack independently.

And well, it turns out that he’s not only handsome but he’s also a total nerdy hottie who went to an Ivy League college. Luigi Mangione also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in engineering and computer science. He has worked as a data engineer and has been involved in various tech projects. His last known address was in Honolulu, Hawaii.
There’s even a new video going viral on social media of Luigi’s high school valedictorian speech in 2016… and YES, we found it.

Authorities detained the 26-year-old for questioning and later confirmed he was carrying a ghost gun. Officials revealed during a Monday press conference that the weapon matches the one suspected to have been used in the assassination-style killing.
Additionally, the individual was found with a suppressor for the firearm and multiple fake IDs, including a New Jersey identification card that the NYPD believes was utilized by the gunman.
