Max Alexander is a little boy from Los Angeles, California. At 7 years of age, he caught the attention of the fashion world because he started designing dresses at the age of 4. The first time Max’s parents discovered the boy’s interest in fashion was during a family dinner in 2021 when he asked to buy a mannequin to model his creations. Since that day, little Max has continued to design and learn drawing techniques to hone his skills as a dressmaker.

His designs have been so popular that, with the help of his parents, Max has already started to sell his dresses all over the world. In addition, the boy also got to collaborate with actress Sharon Stone. According to an interview with People magazine by Max’s mother, Sherri Madison, the boy learned to sew by the machine when he was about 4 years old and already knew how to name one of the most important figures in the history of fashion: Guccio Gucci.
Max, at the age of four, claimed (and still does) that he is the reincarnation of the successful Italian designer Gucci and founder of the eponymous fashion brand in a previous life.

“We were having dinner one day, during confinement, and he told us he needed a dummy. He said it very seriously, without laughing, that’s because I don’t have a mannequin. If you get me one, I’ll prove to you that I’m a fashion designer,” the boy’s mother told People magazine.
When it comes to designing, pattern making, and other aspects of making a garment, Madison says that it was all an intuitive process for her son based on “trial and error” since she had no idea how to do it. Max has designed more than 100 garments, has seen his creations paraded and his goal is to be the creative director of Gucci.
