With a successful and steady career as one of the top favorite bridal designers (she has dressed celebrities like Chelsea Clinton, Victoria Beckham, and Kim and Khloe Kardashian), Vera Wang celebrates her 30-year career by giving away a remarkable VIP experience to 10 military and first-responder couples.

The New York bridal-couture designer wants to do something special for these couples by partnering up with the non-profit organization Brides Across America. This organization gives veterans and first responders a bridal experience that may include items like wedding gowns, suits, and even maid of honor dresses. But this time, with Wang at the helm, the experience turned VIP. The ten couples will also be given invitations, wedding bands, fragrances, and even a luxury set of bed linens as “my way of honoring those that have given so much to us, to our country, and to their families and loved ones,” Wang stated.

The famous designer, who began her career as fashion editor at Vogue, has dressed the rich and famous, but now she wants to honor these 10 couples who have been chosen to enjoy this luxury bridal experience. It will began with bridal fittings at Wang’s Manhattan studio, and then one couple will be lucky enough to have a one-on-one fitting with Vera Wang. But that doesn’t mean the rest of the brides will be less excited, since Wang’s wedding gowns can cost up to $100,000 USD. Certainly, a great way to use fashion to give happiness to these great people on their special day.
