The Queen made it clear that Camilla is part of the royal family and as such, and as the actual Princess of Wales, once Charles becomes King she must be addressed not as Princess consort, as was once proposed, but rather Queen Consort.
The title Camilla would receive once Prince Charles is on the throne has been debated since the couple married in 2005 and Queen Elizabeth made a decision about it, but, what will happen to Camilla’s children, Tom and Laura, born in her previous marriage. Well, it is a different story.

Tom Parker Bowles
Born in 1974, he is Camilla’s and Andrew Parker’s firstborn. Curiously, Prince Charles is both his stepfather and godfather.
He is a renowned food writer being written several cookbooks, as well as a collaborator for Esquire UK and The Mail on Sunday. He has appeared as well on different culinary reality shows.
Tom has said that, though he gets along with his stepbrothers, he does not intend to join the royal family, for it was his mother who chose to do so, not him.
Laura Lopes
The second child of Camilla and her only girl. She studied at Oxford Brookes University and now is an art gallery owner and art expert.
She has been keeping a low profile. All we know is that she is married to Harry Lopes, a former Calvin Klein model who is now a chartered accountant and both have three kids. William and Harry attended her wedding.
It is known that Tom and Laura have a close relationship with Prince Charles, even referring to him in public as their stepfather. As for their relationship with their stepbrothers, it is unknown the terms.
Will Camilla’s children get royal titles when Prince Charles becomes King?
It is very unlikely that Tom or Laura will get a royal title once Charles becomes King and Camilla turns into Queen Consort.
According to Reader’s Digest, though they are close to coming royal family members, they do not carry any royal functions or represent the Crown at all, so there will not be any reason for them to receive titles even though Charles could give them one to them.
