The price of “frrrozen haute chocolate” is 25,000 dollars and, of course, it had to be New York. If you are into this, then you should head to Serendipity 3 in New York, which features all kinds of flavors and exotic creations. It’s not surprising, since you would find yourself in the most cosmopolitan city in the United States.
For a long time, Serendipity 3 was the only store to sell edible products that had gold as an ingredient.

Just to give you an idea: for the cost of this ice cream, you could buy a Toyota Camry or pay five years of law school at the Moscow State University (if studying in Russia is your thing, of course).
Why does it cost so much?
The Frozen Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae is made with 28 kinds of cocoa that come from various countries. Oh, and they also happen to bathe it with five grams of 23 carats, edible gold.
As an extra ingredient, they top it off with whipped cream (also covered in gold) and chocolate from one of the most expensive chocolate shops in the world: Knipschildt Chocolatier.
In addition to all of that, they serve these scoops in a cup made of gold (of course, why wouldn’t they?) and at its base they include an 18-carat bracelet with precious stones and white diamonds that add up to one carat in weight.
The spoon that comes with this delicious treat is likewise made of gold, and it’s decorated with white diamonds. The best part, though, is that customers get to take them home. The ice cream itself might last a couple of minutes, but diamonds, gold, and the spoon will last forever.

This million-dollar delicacy was created in collaboration with the luxury jewelry store Euphoria New York. In 2007, they broke the world record as the most expensive sundae in the world and still hold it to this day.
Making the ice cream takes a while
Never mind whether if you can afford this or not, if you’re a true foodie at heart, and you feel you absolutely must try this ice cream, then get ready for a four-day wait—that’s how long in advance you’ll have to order it.
Believe it or not, frrrozen haute chocolate is actually sold often, but they have the strangest customers. The ice cream is popular among Arab princes and wealthy American and European eccentrics.
