Kim Kardashian faced a mixed reception when she appeared onstage at “The Roast of Tom Brady” on Sunday as she was booed by the crowd, an event that Netflix won’t show as they edited it out.
The version available for streaming carries a disclaimer, indicating it was edited from an earlier live broadcast. Notably absent are the boos directed at Kardashian, as well as an attempt by host Kevin Hart to stopthe audience’s reaction.
During the original airing, the crowd’s disapproval showed when Hart introduced Kardashian, persisting for more than ten seconds, prompting her to restart her opening joke.
“All right, all right, all right,” Kardashian tried to deflect the tension. Once the initial turbulence settled, Kardashian dived into her routine, taking a jab at Hart: “People often tease you about your height, but little do they know, you’re also quite terrible,” she quipped, humorously referencing Hart’s stature.
Moving on to the main target of the night, Brady, Kardashian talked about the rumors of their past romantic involvement. “I wasn’t going to come tonight,” she said, “but since I’m not here as Tom’s date, there’s still a good chance I might.
I’m annoyed that Netflix has edited out Kim Kardashian getting booed during the Tom Brady roast. The devil works hard but Kris Jenner works harder. 😒

She also referenced the leaked video that made her worldwide famous and used it as a joke: “Speaking of Tom and I dating, I know there were some rumors that we were and I’d never say if we did or not, I’d just release the tape.”
She also earned enthusiastic applause for a quip about her stepmom, Caitlyn Jenner, drawing parallels between Brady’s attributes and Jenner’s. There’s no doubt she handled it gracefully!
“The Roast of Tom Brady” drew significant viewership, landing at number 6 on Netflix’s Top 10 list, among the highlights of the Netflix Is a Joke festival, where it was one of three live-streamed events.
