In the most recent development in the legal dispute between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, a former security guard for the couple has made allegations regarding Jolie’s attempts to keep her children away from their father during custody visits.
Tony Webb, a former member of the UK’s Royal Marines and British Army’s Special Air Service who transitioned into private security, detailed these claims in court documents submitted by Pitt’s legal team on Thursday.

According to Webb’s declaration, he provided security services for Jolie and her family from 2000 to 2020, including overseeing their safety during international travel and managing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for Jolie, even extending to interactions with hotel staff.
After the separation of Pitt and Jolie in 2016, Webb’s security firm, SRS Global, continued to work with Jolie and her children. However, tensions arose in his business relationship with Jolie when her assistant, Michael Vieira, informed Webb that two contractors from his firm might testify in the family court case regarding custody.

Webb alleges that Vieira requested him to prevent these individuals from testifying, implying that it was on behalf of Jolie. He conveyed this request to the contractors, one of whom, Ross Foster, expressed his intention to testify regardless of any confidentiality agreements if subpoenaed. Foster also indicated his willingness to testify about Jolie’s alleged statements encouraging the children to avoid spending time with Pitt during custody visits.
Jolie and Pitt’s painful legal battle
The protracted legal dispute between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie remains unresolved. Amidst the contention over the ownership of their winery, Chateau Miraval, situated in Provence, France, valued at USD 500 million, Jolie’s lawyers have deemed Pitt’s latest request “abusive.” It is reported that the actor demanded Jolie to provide all confidentiality agreements she has signed with third parties.
Jolie has previously alleged that the NDA proposed by Pitt aimed to silence her from speaking about the abuse accusations against her and her family, including the incident during a flight from France to California in 2016.
What happened in the flight?
According to the contersuit, during a flight to France things got violent between the couple: “Pitt grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her, and then grabbed her shoulders and shook her again before pushing her into the bathroom wall,” “Pitt then punched the ceiling of the plane numerous times, prompting Jolie to leave the bathroom.”
Pitt allegedly attempted to get physical with one of their kids after the child came to Jolie’s defense.

Jolie was behind an anonymous 2016 lawsuit in which the plaintiff alleged being assaulted by her husband at that time on the private plane.
