The world was shocked to learn that Drake Bell had been a victim of sexual abuse at the hands of Brian Peck, Nickelodeon’s dialogue coach, while he was participating in the program ‘All That’. However, the revelations about the former collaborator of the children’s channel continue to emerge and little by little we realize the dark truth that Peck was hiding, since now it was revealed that he was a great friend of the serial killer John Wayne Gacy, alias ‘Pogo the clown’.
During one of the episodes of the documentary ‘Quiet On Set’, actor Kyle Sullivan, who also starred in ‘All That’, stated that Brian was such a friend of Wayne Gacy that they even often exchanged correspondence. Kyle said that when he was 14 years old, he, his parents, other actors, and his family were invited to a barbecue at Peck’s house.

Once there he realized that the dialogue coach’s home was very strange, because in addition to being full of old toys, comics, and a kind of sanctuary from the ‘Planet of the Apes’, there was a strange painting of a birthday clown holding some balloons. When he asked Peck about the painting, the man with great emotion took the painting, turned it over, and read him a small dedication that said:
“To Brian, I hope you enjoy the painting. Best wishes, your friend, John Wayne Gacy.”
The chilling story did not end there, as it is said that Peck also showed the painting to several parents of the young Nickelodeon actors, bragging to them that he and Gacy sent letters to each other. Brian Peck treasured all the letters from his serial killer ‘friend’ in a small drawer next to his bed, since 2002, when Kyle found out about their friendship, about 8 years had passed since John Wayne Gacy had been executed. For that reason, it is unknown if Brian Peck was friends with Gacy only when he was in prison, or if they were friends when he was free committing his horrible crimes.
Who Was John Wayne Gacy, Brian Peck’s Murderous Friend?
John Wayne Gacy was an American serial killer known by the nickname “The Killer Clown.” Born on March 17, 1942, Gacy committed the murders of at least 33 young men and adolescents between 1972 and 1978 in Chicago, Illinois. Gacy lured his victims to his house with promises of work, money, or simply deception, and then raped, tortured and murdered them. Most of his crimes were committed within his residence, where he buried many of his victims in the basement.

A distinctive characteristic of Gacy was that he would dress up as a clown to perform at charity events and children’s parties under the names “Pogo the Clown” or “Patches the Clown”, which gave him the macabre nickname of him. His reign of terror ended with his arrest in December 1978, and after a trial, he was sentenced to the death penalty. Gacy was executed by lethal injection on May 10, 1994.
