He now faces a lawsuit brought by one Abe Diaw, a man who alleges Brown hit him with a tequila bottle at a nightclub in England.
In the lawsuit, TMZ reports, Abe Diaw details that the attack, which occurred in February 2023 in a London establishment, left serious injuries, as he received several blows to the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 Tequila. Diaw claims Chris wielded the tequila bottle like a weapon while he struck his head with “crushing blows” until he was unconscious. According to his testimony, Chris Brown’s attack continued while he was already passed out.
According to the documentation, the victim had to be hospitalized as a result of his alleged injuries, such as cuts to his head and torn ligaments in his leg.
He mentions that there is video surveillance evidence in which Brown can clearly be identified; and that this evidence is already in the hands of the authorities, which is why, according to the accused, the police in England have given orders to bring Chris to justice. Worst of all, Diaw claims that he has known Chris Brown for at least seven years. He actually thought Chris would come up and hug him at the club. Instead, Brown allegedly hit him three times with the tequila bottle.
