Gypsy Rose Blanchard is super pissed at a blogger who’s been dragging her and her family’s names through the mud after a planned collab fell apart and now she’s taking the woman to court.
Gypsy, who recently got out of prison, has filed a lawsuit against April Johns who she says first introduced herself as Franchesca Macelli when they started working together back in 2017.

Why is that?
She’s accusing her of fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, defamation, and false light. According to the documents, GRB says Macelli approached her and her dad/stepmom, Rod and Kristy Blanchard, right after she was locked up for her part in her mom Dee Dee’s murder.
Gypsy claims Macelli promised to produce projects about her story that would make her and her family a ton of money, so she signed a life rights agreement with her and started spilling everything for two years.

In the lawsuit, GRB says she handed over materials to Macelli, including medical records and crime scene photos from Dee Dee’s murder, hoping Macelli would use her connections to get a project going. But Gypsy says that never happened.
Instead, she claims nothing came of it, and after a while, she and her family cut Macelli off. That’s when things allegedly got nasty. Gypsy says Macelli started trashing her and her family online, making up false stories to defame them.
Gypsy Hate Campaign
Gypsy claims this woman launched a full-on hate campaign against her, even posting some of the confidential info Gypsy had shared, like her medical records. Gypsy says Macelli had a bit of a following on platforms like Patreon and was hinting that GRB was lying or misleading the media and the public. Gypsy believes Macelli became obsessed with talking about her after they cut ties, and now it’s hurting her reputation, so she wants it to stop ASAP.

As part of her lawsuit, she’s asking for an emergency restraining order to silence Macelli, who she claims is still name-dropping her and posting about her and her case.
There’s a hearing to discuss the restraining order request scheduled for this week.
