For years, one of the most rumored teas that have dogged the Kardashian clan has been that Kim Kardashian had a secret affair with Travis Barker, husband of sister Kourtney.
Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, has revealed that the rumor is true. She told her podcast, Dumb Blonde, in which she said she found out about her ex’s relationship with Kim through anonymous messages informing her that they were having get-togethers at the home of one of the Kardashian sisters, although she didn’t elaborate on who.
Although she did not give details, the US press claims that this may have occurred between 2007 and 2008, the year Barker separated and several years before Kim began her controversial relationship with rapper Kanye West.
According to the model, finding out about the deception made her feel cheated and frustrated, because, at some point, she considered the socialite as a friend; however, she clarified that this betrayal was not the trigger for the breakup, although her intention warned her that something was not right with her ambitious friend.
The Blink-182 drummer also said she can’t show any evidence to back up her version of events because she claims Travis deleted all the messages when she confronted him for an explanation.
“She told me, ‘I don’t like white boys.’ And I couldn’t believe it because I knew she would sleep with anyone to be famous,” Moakler said of the incident in which he singles out Kim. This all happened before the influencer became a multi-millionaire businesswoman.
For months now, it has been rumored that Kim and Kourtney’s relationship is not going through the best of times, so this news would do more than just distance the famous sisters. Travis and Kourtney are currently married and have just welcomed their first child together.
