One attendee at the March 7, 2024 concert at the Kia Forum in Inglewood filed a lawsuit against Madonna and promoter Live Nation. The fan claimed he was subjected to watching topless women on stage simulating sex acts, adding that the show felt as “watching pornography.”
Madonna’s Celebration Tour has been the talk of the town for its spectacular shows; however, it appears that one fan couldn’t handle the extravagance of the queen of pop.

According to court documents, the concert began nearly three hours late while fans had to wait in a venue that, despite the intense heat, lacked air conditioning allegedly at Madonna’s request. The complaint mentions that fans were “sweaty and sick from the heat.”
Madonna and the concert organizers are also accused of false advertising, as the fans’ expectations were not met at all, and the singer was even accused of using lip-sync. Furthermore, when the audience demanded a solution to the air conditioning issue, the artist, instead of offering solutions, suggested they simply “take off their clothes.”
Due to these actions, fans felt sexually uncomfortable, as the show included topless women and simulations of sexual acts on stage.
“Forcing consumers to wait for hours in hot and uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to unwarned pornography is a testament to Madonna’s total disregard for her fans,” the text asserts.
Madonna has been sued in the past
According to The Guardian, four months ago, two Madonna fans in New York City sued the pop star for starting her concert late, claiming that they “had to get up early to go to work” the next morning.

“Forcing consumers to wait hours for her performance in a hot, uncomfortable arena is demonstrative of Madonna’s arrogant and total disrespect for her fans” one of the lawsuits reads.
