Matthew perry’s ex-girlfriend kayti edwards believes our friend had a drug relapse before he died

Matthew Perry is gone and the world still hasn’t processed the news. Without a doubt, Perry is one of the biggest stars of our time, unfortunately, the industry has remembered him now, at the time of his death. And it is not strange that with the particular circumstances of his death, speculation and opportunism now arise. Now Kayti Edwards, a former model, and Perry’s ex-girlfriend, has stated that she believes Matthew had a relapse before he died.

Not that we have anything against Edwards, but it seems like a case of opportunism that sows uncertainty about the true causes of Matthew’s death.
“I think he might have taken pills in the week before this.” The former model dares to affirm, who—and listen to this—was Perry’s partner in 2006! her after meeting him at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. According to Edwards’ version, she and Perry had a good relationship after their romance ended, and she even worked as her assistant in 2011. We can’t confirm that with Matthew.

What do you base his statements on?

As we all know, Perry passed away on October 28 at the age of 54. He was found in the Jacuzzi, in his Los Angeles home. We also know that the toxicology reports were negative for fenthaline or methamphetamine, but Edwards says something doesn’t add up.

According to her, Perry was living in a state of paranoia, so in her opinion, he wouldn’t have left drugs lying around, he would have taken them all, so there would be no evidence at the scene. The most interesting thing about her theory is her analysis of “Mattman.” We all remember Perry’s creepy last Instagram post: “Oh, so warm water spinning makes you feel good?” “I’m Mattman.”

Well according to Edwards, Mattman was an alter ego of Perry who only appeared when he was using drugs:

“That Mattman thing was not something he did when he was sober. Mattman came out when he wasn’t sober and felt somewhat invincible. I was there when he was getting high, even though I wasn’t getting high with him, and when I told him that maybe he should cool off the drugs a little, he said, ‘No, I’m Mattman.’

Another disturbing fact that the woman shares is that Matthew related drug use to water, stating that on one occasion he had to go and get it out of his neighbor’s pool because he was high and naked. And in general, that was a tendency of the actor. Edwards has had a mission for a long time, and it is to destroy Perry’s public image since it would be worth remembering that in 2011 Edwards herself declared to The Sun that Perry had sent her to get drugs during her pregnancy:

“I was about five months pregnant and I went to look for things for her. He [said], ‘No one is going to stop a pregnant girl.’ Don’t worry'”.

Opportunism or justice? What do you think?
