The Jonas Brothers are currently touring Latin America with their ‘Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour‘, but during their stop in Brazil, what ended up stealing the attention was not precisely their show, but rather the way Nick Jonas behaved with one of his fans.
In the last few hours, a small video went viral showing brothers Nick and Joe on the streets of Brazil, when suddenly a very excited fan approaches to greet them.
The young woman decides to approach the youngest of the brothers to greet him, as is customary in many parts of Latin America, with a hug.
At that moment, Nick Jonas prevents the young fan from getting closer and ends up stepping away with a gesture that many have described as disrespectful.
In the clip of the moment, which by the way only lasts a few seconds, you can see the singer giving the young woman a few small pats on the arm as a clear sign of discomfort.
Thousands of people criticized Nick Jonas’ attitude through social media, while hundreds of his fans defended him by justifying his behavior, indicating that the singer doesn’t like hugs, nor does he like people invading his personal space.

Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour is the ongoing twelfth concert tour by The Jonas Brothers, in promotion of their sixth studio album, The Album.
It will feature all songs from five of the band’s studio albums from 2007 to 2023 on the same night.
The Tour began on August 12, 2023 in New York City and will conclude on October 16, 2024, in Krakow, Poland.
