Nicki Minaj is being sued by a fan for alleged defamation for a stratospheric amount of money, however, Nicki’s lawyer has stated that Tameer Peak has harassed the rapper for years on social media.
The rapper was hit with a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court by Tameer Peak, who claims he was publicly humiliated and defamed by Nicki, who described him as a mentally unstable stalker.

According to the lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ, Tameer describes himself as one of Nicki Minaj’s most loyal fans over the past 15 years. He even claims to have helped the singer promote her album ‘Pink Friday 2’.

Peak also said that since 2017 the rapper began to have a very aggressive attitude towards her closest and most prominent fans, accusing them of being paid spies who posed as fans to sabotage her releases.
One of the things Tameer Peak mentioned in his lawsuit is that Nicki Minaj once invited him to her hotel to film and embarrass him in front of 100,000 viewers on an Instagram live stream.

He also claims that the singer made further mean comments to him on social media on multiple occasions.

The singer’s lawyers are already working on this, as they claim that Tameer Peak is a stalker and is only looking to make money and fame at her expense.
“Mr. Peak has been harassing Nicki on social media for years on end to no avail. He has now graduated to seeking to shake her down financially with manifestly false allegations and legally frivolous claims. He will regret having gone down this disreputable road when he is forced to pay her legal fees as required by California law,” said Nicki’s attorney.
