The show was created by Bernie Yuman, executive producer of the hit Broadway musical ‘On Your Feet!’; Baz Halpin, in charge of the touring artistic direction of artists such as Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, Usher, Cher and Katy Perry; and Michael Curry, an award-winning master puppeteer known for his brilliant work on ‘The Lion King’ on Broadway.
As if that wasn’t enough proof of quality, the show is narrated by two-time Oscar-winning actor Anthony Hopkins.
“Awakening” invites us to join in the adventure of a heroine who must fight against the forces of light and darkness to save her world, but along the way she discovers the true power of love and friendship.
Although the opening story might seem like something we’ve seen before, you’ll be in for a huge surprise to discover that the ride will be filled with fantastic creatures flying around you, amazing choreography, and a surround sound system installed in each of the seats that will make you forget that what you’re seeing is really happening completely live in front of your eyes.
