So… Disney recently full entered the Fortnite world and although there have been some business controversies between the two companies, this Elastigirl Fortnite skin thing has literally set social media on fire.
Fortnite & Disney Pixar Newest Collaboration
A couple of weeks ago, Disney Pixar’s The Incredibles launched their first collab in Fortnite, one of the most famous online video games known worldwide. With this, now the players have the opportunity to play as Mr. Incredible, Frozono and of course, the iconic Elastigirl.
The Incredibles lineup features Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl (Mrs. Incredible), and Frozone. Players can snag each outfit individually or opt for The Incredible Bundle, which includes all three for 3,500 V-Bucks. Buying everything separately would set you back 7,200 V-Bucks, so for big fans of The Incredibles, this 14-item bundle offers solid savings.

What Happened With the Elastigirl Fortnite Skin?
Recently, social media has been buzzing with how the skins look in Fortnite, but the one that has caught the most attention is Elastigirl’s. Players of the game have shared some rather suggestive images of the character and kind of sexualizing the character.

This has become quite a topic because, in reality, Fortnite’s designers didn’t modify Elastigirl in any way. On the contrary, Fortnite and Epic Games are known for offering brand-safe content across the board, with a strong focus on their younger players.

So far, neither Epic Games, nor Disney has made any statements about the Elastigirl Fortnite skin and truthfully, there isn’t much that can be done about it.
The most likely outcome with the Elastigirl Fortnite skin is that they’ll remove it from the store, but that happens regularly since skins in the game are only available for a limited time.
The Incredibles’ debut in Fortnite is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting expansion of Disney characters in the game. With more characters expected to join the roster, this partnership is set to create a persistent universe of Disney magic within Fortnite.
