The Super Bowl Halftime Show is one of the most anticipated musical events of the year; however, although we all believed that Miley Cyrus would be the artist in charge of next year’s performance, things did not turn out that way.
According to several rumors, the reason behind this would have nothing to do with the organizing committee of the NFL event, but rather with a decision made by the singer herself. Variety reported that Miley Cyrus would have rejected the invitation to participate in the halftime of the Super Bowl for personal reasons.
A source close to the singer revealed that Cyrus is not going through the best of times, and because of that she “wouldn’t be in the mood” to perform at any public event for now.
Despite this, the magazine indicated that although in 2024, Miley will not be the artist in charge of making us dance, this could become a reality in the future, as the interpreter is willing to do it, probably, next year.
