The Beechcraft Bonanza, a single-engine aircraft, went down around 7:50 a.m. near the intersection of North Memorial Drive and Belvoir Road, according to the Greenville Police Department (GPD).

An employee at the nearby Tropicana Supermarket described the area as “full of police cars” but noted they did not hear the crash or see any smoke from inside the building.

No Survivors Found
North Carolina State Highway Patrol Master Trooper Rico Stephens confirmed that no survivors were located at the scene. Officials are now working to identify the remains of the deceased and notify their closest relatives.
The crash occurred near a business surrounded by bushes, but all employees and nearby businesses have been accounted for, with no additional injuries reported.
