However, it is said that its popularity began to grow due to YouTuber and Twitch streamer Kai Cenat, who began using this new term in his videos to refer to charisma. There are even people who claim that Kai Cenat completely invented the term.
The word gained popularity through content creators who used it to describe their own or others’ flirting skills. Over time, it spread across platforms and became a staple in the vernacular of Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

During an IGV Presents interview, Steve Carrell was asked who of all the co-stars he has had has the most ‘rizz’ and we loved the answer.
