Recognizing the colors of our own aura does not involve a very complicated process, we just have to bring them out in the right way. There are different methods to identify its colors:
Numerology: This is the quickest way to identify the color of our aura, and it allows you to access information about your life and personality. As we know, the name we receive at birth influences how we develop in the world, so this is where we will start. The first thing will be to look up each letter of your name in the table below, write down which number corresponds to each letter. The next step will be to add them together as many times as necessary until we have a single-digit number.
Through a mirror: You will only need a large mirror and a quiet place. Once you have it, you should sit comfortably on the floor or a chair at a distance of about one and a half meters from the mirror.
Close your eyes and breathe, focus on your breathing for a few seconds to relax your mind. Once you are relaxed, open your eyes and look at your face in the mirror for a few minutes. When you have reached a state of total relaxation, you will see how your surroundings begin to glow. And there you have it, that is your aura.
Don’t worry if you can’t see it on the first try, it’s normal, you just have to reach a level of consciousness that is somewhat difficult at first.
With the help of a wall: Stand near a white wall, press your nose to the wall, and visualize a fixed point for a few minutes. You may not see anything at first, but after a few tries, you will begin to see a light around you. That’s your aura and its color.
Meaning of the Colors of the Aura

Red: Strong and dominant personality, they are people who are not afraid of risks, energetic and obstinate, fascinating and passionate.

Blue: Optimistic, idealistic, friendly, responsible, patient, and calm individuals. This color conveys a maternal feeling and can manifest an inability to express one’s own ideas and feelings, causing stress and introversion.
Violet: Calm, reflective, loving, sentimental, artistic, and generous personalities. Aimed at higher knowledge that can only be understood through direct experience.
Pink: A calm and modest character in people who enjoy a quiet life.
Silver: Normally appears in lively but unreliable individuals who are versatile and active, and who commonly dedicate themselves superficially to work.
Gold: Represents guide energies and its strength offers protection and purity, its high vibrations clean and purify.
In turn, there are also auras with dirty colors, which are black, gray, and brown. These colors mean that there is something within you that you must heal, possibly grudges or envy that you have held onto. These colors are not found in numerology since no one possesses them innately.
