Despite years of research, testimonies, studies, and documentaries, to date, it has still not been possible to prove the existence of Adrenochrome or what they call the ‘Illuminati drug.’ According to the BBC, the Illuminati are “a kind of subversive group that aims to end the rulers in office.” To achieve this, according to experts, the person being tested should be willing to do atrocious things, and although no one has dared (yet), this substance has served as a theme for different artistic manifestations, especially in pop culture.
There are several theories surrounding the origin of Adrenochrome, which remains a mystery; however, there are aspects that are shared…
Blood Inheritance
For many years, there has existed the custom of ritual sacrifice to satisfy the gods using offerings to have the grace of their favors. In these ceremonies, seeds of animal or human blood are offered. According to different cultures, the greater the request, the greater the sacrifice.
Blood, in particular, has always had a certain mystical and religious aspect, a sacred aura that is difficult to ignore, a direct channel of communication with divinities and forces beyond the earthly plane; as religions evolved, people realized that a bowl full of warm blood was not enough, the sacrificed person had to undergo a certain procedure to make the blood more appetizing to the gods.
The Secret Ingredient
Cultures perfected the ritual sacrifice until they discovered that the more frightened and stressed the victim was, the more effective the ceremony was; therefore, the methods of torture, including the use of certain drugs, evolved generation after generation until the secret ingredient could be named: adrenaline.
Adrenaline is a hormone secreted by the adrenal glands that is transported through the bloodstream to different parts of the body, depending on where it is most needed. For example, if you are an athlete, it works as a trigger of energy and strength; if you are a person in danger, adrenaline alerts the senses, dilates the pupils for better vision, triggers survival mechanisms hidden in the body, and raises blood pressure; if you are exposed to an extreme experience, it acts in the brain as an open door to any stimulus, even the slightest, there is even a very high possibility of extrasensory perceptions.
What Kind of ‘Substance’ Is Adrenochrome?
Upon noticing the effects of adrenaline on the human being -since part of the blood was ingested by those who offered the sacrifice when the rituals were performed-, a certain wave of people became addicted to Adrenochrome, which is nothing more than a compound generated naturally by the organism, in short, adrenalized blood.
That is to say, when the victims were subjected to physical and mental tortures, the ritual officiants, with the experience and the inherited customs, located the highest peak of adrenaline, to later murder it, since the blood was totally contaminated by the hormone and thus they could drink it, at the time of experiencing its effects.
Nowadays, for purer consumption, it is allegedly extracted directly from the adrenal glands (above the kidneys), the main arteries, or the spinal cord. A person produces approximately 10 cc of Adrenochrome. Although very few cultures still perform human sacrifices, this custom has passed into the hands of cults and sects formed by members of the social elite -such as the Illuminati as the theory claims-, who disguise these acts as exclusive social events.
A Life for a Ride
There is a whole subculture that claims that Adrenochrome is real and that it is sold clandestinely on the deep web at stratospheric prices. However, to obtain it, the person must be willing to subject another human being, first to torture and then to death. Several testimonies affirm that its effects are unparalleled (hallucinations, euphoria, increased senses, energy, and strength). This drug would go far beyond any acid trip.
As long as myths continue to be created around this drug, there will be people willing to do anything to try it, which will result in two things: first, they will fall into the hands of charlatans and swindlers; and second, they will venture, cruelly and ignorantly, to generate Adrenochrome themselves, no matter how tragic it may turn out to be.
