A furious bowler hurled a bowling ball, hitting a woman squarely on the head during a chaotic altercation inside a downtown Miami bowling alley in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Shocking videos captured the tumultuous brawl, which involved at least seven individuals, unfolding in front of alarmed onlookers at the Lucky Strike Miami bowling alley.
The fight took place around 12:45 a.m., with various objects and beverages launched into the air by multiple participants, as shown in videos shared on social media, but the moment that became famous was the ball that came out as a projectile towards the head of one of the women.
Tensions escalated when several brawlers seized bowling balls from the return system and flung them at their opponents, turning the confrontation into violence.
“Bowling balls were being thrown back and forth. It was something very worrying.” “Not only were they fighting, they were also throwing balls at each other’s heads,” said Miami police spokesman Michael Vega.

Women Fight With Bowling Balls
At one point, the two women struggled for a ball before one of the two broke free and ran towards another person. Then, the other woman grabbed a ball and hit the victim in the head, causing her to fall to the ground.
The attacker then took another ball and threw it towards the other people before her friends took her out of the fighting area. Almost everyone involved fled the scene before police arrived.
Police are now searching for both women as they could face criminal charges. “We are trying to locate both the victim and the suspect in this case and both could face charges. First of all, they vandalized the establishment, so they could be accused of criminal damage,” was the message from the authorities in an official statement.
