Coach Jerod Mayo mentioned during a press call on Monday that the team is still gathering details regarding Peppers’ arrest and will make decisions based on that information. He added that the matter has been discussed with the team, and for the time being, Peppers is permitted to access the Patriots’ facilities.
“We don’t know enough to say he shouldn’t be in the building,” the coach said.
